How do you waste the most time every day?

What a loaded question for someone with ADHD.

Let me list a few ways the most time is waste in my day…

  • Worrying about “What If’s”
    • What if I miss this deadline and I lose my job, what will I do. How will I pay my bills.
  • Overthinking a situation that happened in the past. (Seconds to years ago)
    • If I had only said …. that situation would never happen the way it did.
  • Informational “Rabbit Holes”
    • Blogs
    • How to start one
    • What types are there
    • Who reads them
    • Personal Blogs
    • Business Blogs
    • Mental Health
    • ADHD
    • etc
