What a loaded question for someone with ADHD.
Let me list a few ways the most time is waste in my day…
- Worrying about “What If’s”
- What if I miss this deadline and I lose my job, what will I do. How will I pay my bills.
- Overthinking a situation that happened in the past. (Seconds to years ago)
- If I had only said …. that situation would never happen the way it did.
- Informational “Rabbit Holes”
- Blogs
- How to start one
- What types are there
- Who reads them
- Personal Blogs
- Business Blogs
- Mental Health
- ADHD
- etc
